Dr. Tamara White has more twenty-five years of working in the helping profession and has counseled and coached thousands during her career.
She takes pride in empowering women to adopt more fulfilled and productive lives.
She has crafted a program The Courageous Woman Effect, which empowers accomplished women in their professional endeavors, guiding them to kindle their bravery, effectively handle stress, and address emotional scars, ultimately leading to reduced stress levels and more enriching relationships.
She is the creator of the “Courageous Woman Network” and author of 7 Strategies for Courageous Living, A Guidebook for Women & Courageous Women Rise: Their Journey, Their Strength, Their Purpose.
As a Life Coach, Licensed Counselor and Speaker, she teaches and speaks to women on managing fear, doubt and overwhelm while building courage and healing emotionally.
She holds a Doctor of Divinity degree and a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology.
She loves chocolate and dancing in her kitchen.
