Laura has helped busy professionals acquire consistent levels of speaking confidence in all situations for over 18 years with a focus on overcoming speaking anxiety.
While she primarily guides business speakers to advance spoken communication delivery at every stage of promotion, her methods also greatly benefit speaking anxiety that hinders relationship building and personal interactions.
Laura resides in Memphis where she coaches at every career stage- high school and university students, mid-level managers, and C-suite senior executives.
Laura also provides executive coaching out of state.
Laura's coaching has proven results to boost your ability to speak confidently in high stress or difficult situations where your speech system breaks down under pressure.
Her methodologies involve evidence-based research from speech pathology, neuroscience, behavior modification, breath work, performance arts, yoga sciences, and mindfulness training.
Life outside of coaching, Laura is a Mom of two amazing teenage boys.
She loves yoga & fitness, plants & the outdoors, traveling and going to festivals.
