LeRon Barton is a writer, author and speaker that has graced stages all around the world.
He is a three time TEDx speaker who has given talks at universities and companies, but also has a stutter.
LeRon has been stuttering since the age of 6.
With this handicap, he often sat in silence due to being afraid of ridicule.
People made fun of him and the way he spoke.
It was not until LeRon was asked to speak in front of an audience that he faced his fear.
In this episode, LeRon talks about having a stutter, how he used fear to fuel his speaking, the business of speaking, and suggestions for upcoming speakers.
